01

About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Leshy Inc., a Cayman Islands exempted company (“Leshy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit leshy.org, connect a wallet, explore a market, request a quote, submit content, or otherwise use the Leshy interface.

Leshy controls information processed through systems under its control. Public blockchains, wallets, protocols, and independent services process information under their own rules. Leshy is non-custodial and does not hold your private keys or assets.

02

Information we handle

The information involved depends on how you use Leshy:

  • Wallet and blockchain information: public wallet addresses, balances, transaction hashes, token and contract interactions, signatures or approvals, and other public onchain data.
  • Submitted content: token metadata, images, links, addresses, and other information you choose to provide.
  • Technical and usage information: browser and device type, operating system, referring or requested pages, approximate region derived from an IP address, request timing, performance metrics, and diagnostic or security events.
  • Communications: your email address and the content of a support, legal, or privacy request you send.
  • Local preferences: theme, interface settings, and wallet connection state stored by your browser or wallet tools.

A wallet address or transaction may be personal information when it can be linked to an identifiable person.

03

Where information comes from

Leshy receives information from you, your browser or device, public blockchain networks, and providers that support wallet connectivity, hosting, analytics, RPC access, routing, indexing, storage, security, and market data.

04

How we use information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Leshy interface.
  • Connect wallets, prepare transaction requests, request quotes, and show public blockchain activity.
  • Measure performance, diagnose failures, and understand aggregate product usage.
  • Detect fraud, abuse, malicious content, and threats to users or infrastructure.
  • Respond to support, legal, privacy, and other communications.
  • Meet legal obligations and enforce the Terms of Service.

05

Legal bases

Where a legal basis is required, Leshy processes information as needed to provide features you request or perform a contract with you; for legitimate interests such as operating, improving, and securing the interface; with consent where requested; and to comply with law.

You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing and may prevent a related feature from working.

06

Public blockchain information

Public networks are transparent by design. Wallet addresses, transactions, token activity, smart-contract events, and related records may remain visible through nodes, explorers, indexers, and independent services.

Leshy cannot edit, hide, reverse, or delete information recorded on a public blockchain. Disconnecting a wallet or making a privacy request does not remove prior onchain activity.

07

When information is disclosed

Leshy may disclose information to providers that support hosting, content delivery, analytics, performance monitoring, wallet connectivity, blockchain access, routing, indexing, storage, security, and market data. Those providers act under their own policies or under instructions from Leshy.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law; to protect users, systems, or legal rights; to investigate abuse or security incidents; during a merger, reorganization, financing, or asset transfer; or at your direction. Information you publish onchain or on a public product surface may be visible to anyone.

Leshy does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

08

Browser storage and retention

Leshy and its wallet or infrastructure providers may use local storage, cookies, and similar technologies to remember preferences, maintain wallet sessions, protect the interface, and measure performance. You can clear browser storage or change browser controls, though some preferences or features may stop working.

Offchain information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for its stated purpose, security, disputes, legal obligations, and recordkeeping. Retention varies by category. Public blockchain and distributed-storage records may persist indefinitely outside Leshy’s control.

09

Security and international processing

Leshy uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for systems under its control. No internet service, wallet, smart contract, blockchain, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Never send Leshy a private key, recovery phrase, or wallet password.

Leshy and its providers may process information outside the country where you live. Where required, Leshy uses appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

10

Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information held offchain; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; stop direct marketing; or complain to a data-protection authority.

You may also use public areas without connecting a wallet where available, disconnect your wallet, clear browser storage, and avoid placing personal information in public metadata. Rights can be limited by legal exceptions, and Leshy cannot alter public blockchain records.

Send a request to legal@leshy.org. Include enough information to locate the relevant records. Leshy may need to verify your identity or authority before responding.

11

Children, changes, and contact

Leshy is not directed to anyone under 18 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact Leshy if you believe a child has provided personal information through the interface.

This policy may change as the interface, infrastructure, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes may be announced through the interface or another appropriate channel.

Questions, requests, or complaints may be sent to legal@leshy.org. You may also complain to the Cayman Islands Ombudsman or another authority available to you.
