01

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Leshy Inc., a Cayman Islands exempted company (“Leshy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of leshy.org, the Leshy interface, and any related features or services that link to these Terms.

By accessing Leshy, connecting a wallet, or requesting or submitting a transaction, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Leshy.

02

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding agreement, and legally permitted to use Leshy where you live or act. If you use Leshy for an organization, you confirm that you can bind it to these Terms.

You may not use Leshy if applicable law, sanctions, or restrictions prohibit you or the activity you intend to perform. You are responsible for determining whether your use is lawful.

03

A non-custodial interface

Leshy is software for discovering markets and preparing interactions with public blockchain networks, smart contracts, wallets, liquidity venues, and independent service providers.

Leshy does not hold your assets or private keys, control your wallet, execute transactions without your authorization, or reverse confirmed blockchain activity. Compatible smart contracts and networks operate independently from the interface.

Leshy is not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, fiduciary, investment adviser, or tax adviser. Content and market information are provided for general information, not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

04

Wallets and authorization

You control your wallet and every signature or transaction it authorizes. Protect your private keys, recovery phrase, devices, and authentication methods. Leshy will never ask for a private key or recovery phrase and cannot restore a wallet or recover lost assets.

Before signing, review the network, contract and token addresses, recipients, amounts, approvals, fees, slippage, deadlines, and expected effects. Activity authorized by your wallet is your responsibility, including activity caused by a compromised device or credential.

05

Transactions and market data

Quotes, simulations, balances, prices, market capitalizations, routing results, and estimated outcomes may be delayed, incomplete, or different from final execution. A submitted transaction can fail, settle at a different price, or become irreversible once confirmed.

Transactions may include network fees, protocol fees, liquidity costs, price impact, slippage, or third-party charges. You are responsible for these costs and for taxes, reporting, or other obligations arising from your activity.

06

Digital asset risks

Digital assets and liquidity positions can be experimental, volatile, illiquid, malicious, or worthless. Similar names and symbols do not establish authenticity. Listings, labels, or availability through Leshy are not endorsements.

  • You may lose some or all assets used through Leshy.
  • Smart contracts, wallets, bridges, networks, RPC services, indexers, and price sources can fail or behave unexpectedly.
  • Market data can be stale, inaccurate, manipulated, or unavailable.
  • Network congestion, reorganizations, upgrades, forks, or validator behavior can affect execution and settlement.
  • Assets and transactions may carry legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory consequences in your jurisdiction.

Do your own research and use only assets you can afford to lose.

07

Markets and submitted content

You are responsible for names, descriptions, artwork, links, addresses, metadata, and other content you submit. You confirm that you have the rights needed to provide that content and that it is accurate and lawful.

You keep your rights in submitted content. You grant Leshy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, transmit, and moderate it as reasonably necessary to operate and protect the relevant features. Public blockchain or distributed-storage records may remain available outside Leshy’s control.

08

Acceptable use

You may not use Leshy to:

  • break applicable law, sanctions, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or another person’s rights;
  • facilitate fraud, theft, market manipulation, money laundering, or other unlawful activity;
  • publish deceptive, abusive, illegal, or malicious metadata, links, code, or content;
  • interfere with the interface, evade controls or rate limits, distribute malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or overload supporting infrastructure; or
  • misrepresent an affiliation with or endorsement by Leshy.

Leshy may restrict offchain access or content when reasonably needed for legal, security, operational, or risk reasons.

09

Third-party services

Leshy may connect to independent wallets, networks, protocols, smart contracts, bridges, routing services, RPC providers, indexers, explorers, storage systems, market-data sources, and websites. Leshy does not control their availability, accuracy, security, conduct, or terms.

A link or integration does not mean Leshy sponsors, controls, or endorses that third party. Your use of an independent service is governed by its own terms and policies.

10

Intellectual property

Leshy’s branding, design, interface, documentation, and original content are protected by applicable law. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the interface for lawful purposes.

Software or other materials released under an open-source or third-party license remain governed by that license. Feedback may be used by Leshy without restriction or compensation; do not submit confidential information as feedback.

11

Availability and changes

Leshy may add, change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features at any time. Continuous availability, compatibility, preservation of offchain information, and advance notice are not guaranteed.

Where public smart contracts remain available, you may be able to interact with them without Leshy, subject to those systems and your own technical ability.

12

Warranties and liability

Leshy is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leshy and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, data, or assets; failed or delayed transactions; smart-contract defects; wallet compromise; network events; price movement; market manipulation; or third-party conduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leshy’s total aggregate liability for claims relating to the interface will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly to Leshy for access during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits apply only as far as the law permits.

You agree to indemnify Leshy against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of Leshy, your submitted content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights, to the extent permitted by law.

13

Governing law and general terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact Leshy and allow 30 days for a good-faith attempt to resolve it. Subject to rights that cannot be waived, the courts of the Cayman Islands will have exclusive jurisdiction.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without Leshy’s consent; Leshy may assign them in a merger, reorganization, asset transfer, or similar transaction.

Leshy may update these Terms as the interface, risks, or law changes. The effective date identifies the current version. If you do not agree with a revised version, stop using Leshy.
